Maqamat Recruitment Office is the domestic-worker recruitment arm of Integrated Maqamat Projects, based in Al Khuwair, Muscat.
We operate under a Ministry of Labour licence, with written contracts that set out fees, guarantees and timelines. We believe the right relationship starts with clear paperwork.
We choose our partners in source countries carefully and follow up on the worker's performance for the contract term, because the comfort of the Omani household is our measure of success.

A domestic worker is a party to an employment contract, not a commodity. We commit, and ask our clients to commit, to the following:
- An employment contract per the labour regulations of the Sultanate of Oman
- Salary paid as contracted and on time
- Daily rest and a weekly day off
- The passport is the worker's property and stays with her
