The worker's rights

A clear working relationship that protects both sides

A domestic worker is a party to an employment contract, not a commodity. We commit, and ask our clients to commit, to the following:

  • An employment contract per the labour regulations of the Sultanate of Oman
  • Salary paid as contracted and on time
  • Daily rest and a weekly day off
  • The passport is the worker's property and stays with her
