Question 4

When do I pay each fee?

Accepted Answer

In two stages: OMR 128 before the worker arrives (permit, visa, medical attestation and contract registration) at the permit-and-visa step, and OMR 46 after she arrives (worker data, medical and labour card) at the travel-and-arrival step.

Question 5

How long until the worker arrives?

Accepted Answer

From 5 business days for Kenya to 21 for the Philippines, counted from contract signing. Timelines are estimates and depend on government processing.
