   Step 2: Sign the contract and pay the fees

   A clear contract stating fees, guarantees and arrival time. No hidden charges.

3. 3

   Step 3: Work permit and visa

   We file the Ministry of Labour work permit and the ROP visa online on your behalf, with no extra office fee.

   Expected duration: 3–7 business days

4. 4

   Step 4: Medical examination and formalities

   The worker completes the approved medical examination in her country and travel papers are finalised.

   Step 5: Travel and arrival

   We book the ticket, confirm the arrival date, and you receive the worker at Muscat International Airport.

   Step 6: Follow-up after arrival
